We believe the most elegant doors are designed with well balanced proportions, built with top quality materials and finished with finesse and precision.
BAVARI Options
Pre-hinging and pre-locking: All doors & frames have the option to be pre-hinged & pre-locked off the CNC machine. This minimises fitting time & eliminates dust & inaccuracy during installation. The hinges and locks fit perfectly every time giving the door a superior quality & precision finish.
Door Kits: For those who like to be organised with minimal fuss we offer door kits where we supply the door pre-hung in its frame with the architrave pre-mitered and installed on one side. The kit is then simply installed on site in a matter of minutes followed by the second architrave to complete the installation- quick, easy and professional.
Door frames, sub-frames and liners can also be supplied in custom sizes and styles.
Finishing Touches
The finishing touch of any door is extremely important whether its the door surround, the ironmongery or the paint finish.
Mouldings: We offer a huge range of Architraves and Skirting board designs to compliment or contrast any door as you wish. See our moulding section for more details.
Paint/Oil/Lacquer finish: All doors and mouldings have the option to be factory finished giving excellent clarity and build in high performance paints.
Ironmongery: We work closely with a number of suppliers to offer a large range of top quality designs in many different finishes.
High Performance, Energy Efficient
At BAVARI we understand the importance of using excellent materials as a starting point for our products. This is why we source top quality timbers from around the world to ensure optimum durability and stability in our products. We can also offer advise to our customers on the best timbers to use for their particular project and what timber is most suited to what environment & style.
In addition we use only premium insulation, energy efficient double glazing, high performance weather bars & seals, superior 3 point locking systems & top quality paint/lacquer finishes for performance, durability and efficiency on external doors.
Accoya®: The ideal solution for external products
When manufacturing external windows and doors we recommend using Accoya®. This is the most dimensional stable and durable timber on the market today making it the perfect timber for outdoor use. When used in the correct manner it eliminates swelling and lowers maintenance requirements. It is also non-toxic, UV resistant and long lasting.
