Box / Square Newel Posts

Our extensive range of Newel Posts and Spindles (sometimes known as Balusters) offer diversified styles in a range of different finishes.

Spindles come in many different styles. Square spindles can be square the full length of the spindle or can have a square top and bottom section with a turned profile in the center.

Box or Square Newels can be a full length square block, sometimes with panel detail or have a square section top and bottom with turning in the center.

Full length boxed Newels are chunky in style and offer a unique look whereas Turned Newels are a little more traditional and generally more popular in Ireland & United Kingdom.

All ranges of newels and spindles come in a variety of timbers and finishes.

We can also design newels and spindles to match existing profiles or create a custom design to suit a particular stairs.
